The City of Flint is located in the County of Genesee in the state of Michigan. The city covers 33.6 sq. miles of land along with 0.4 sq miles of water region. Ever since 1960 the population, investments and the industrialization in the city started declining mainly because of the decline in the American Automobile Industry.

However substantial efforts for the redevelopment of the city has been made by the locales inform of encouraging small to mid sized investors to invest in the city and by providing them tax relieves.
