The best of Holiday Shows are here this year to uplift your moods. One of these shows is the annual musical show The Radio City Christmas Spectacular. This show is presented at Radio City Music Hall in New York City. The show highlights 140 performers, expensive sets, costumes and an original musical score. The event spanning one and a half hour combines humor, singing and dancing with cultural scenes in wonderful stage settings. The star performers are the Rockettes which is the women's dance troupe. The first show was presented in 1933 and since then it has become a New York Christmas routine. More than a million visitors see this show in a year. The show ran from November 11 to December 30.

Another one of the Holiday Shows is the Oregon Bach Festival which is held annually, in Eugene, Oregon in early July and late June. The show was co-founded by a German Helmuth Rilling and the former president of an association in 1970. Rilling is the artistic director while Saltzman is the executive director of the show. Concerts varying from orchestral, to choral, to taiji are held here. Many prominent artistes like Robert Levin, Arvo Part and others have been a part of this holiday show.

A multi-sensory music festival in the line of Holiday Shows is the Circle K Tempe Music Festival based in Arizona. The show gives out more than just music to its visitors with interactive sponsor displays, tremendous sports demonstrations, stimulating kids' activities and lots more. The show is held at Tempe Beach Park each spring for two days. Wonderful music along with the seizing spring weather makes the Music festival a highly awaited event for the local community as well as all over state.

St. Patrick's Day is one of the very exciting Holiday Shows Most of the people who moved to the United States were from Ireland. In the American Revolutionary war, half of the men who took part had Irish blood. People with Irish background celebrate St. Patrick's Day with more zeal compared to their Native American counterparts. Irish Americans take out parades on March 17 or the preceding Saturday in bigger processions compared to people in Ireland. Green color has its significance being the national color of Ireland and it is also the sign of spring. In this spirit, the roads are painted with green stripes for the parades to pass by. That is also why men go for green shirts, ties and hats while ladies wear green hair ribbons. Serving green beer is also a norm that day.

Religious festivals are also celebrated in line with Holiday Shows. One of these is the celebration of Easter which is synonymous with a big party celebration all over the Christian world. It is celebrated in different way in different nations. The traditions and customs of observing this day vary but the spirit remains the same. In the United States of America, it is a custom to conduct special Easter parades. Men and women, have fun by dressing in beautiful costumes and colorful head coverings. One who leads the parade is easily distinguishable by the Easter candle or cross he/she holds in the hand.
