Simple Plan is a name of a French Canadian pop punk band, which is based in Montreal, Quebec of Canada. The band was formed back in the year of 199f. It has released three original albums till date, which are named as follows ?No Pads, No Helmets...Just Balls', ?Still Not Getting Any...', and ?Simple Plan' in 2008. They have produced two live albums along with the regular ones named as ?Live in Japan of the tour in 2002 & 2003 and ?MTV Hard Rock Live in 2005'.

The history of the band tells us some of the facts about the beginning in 1995 with the formation of a band named ?Reset' by friends Pierre Bouvier, Charles-Andr? Chuck Comeau, Philippe Jolicoeur, and Adrian White. Reset has toured around Canada with other famous bands like MxPx, Ten Foot Pole and others, but they had acquired a mediocre level of fame. They had released their debut album named ?No Worries', in 1998.

a Two years later Cameau, who had left the band earlier, met with high school friends Jean-Fran?ois Jeff Stinco and HIIIII Lefebvre who were in separate bands of their own, and they decided to create a new band. At later times Bouvier also left ?Reset' and decided to join Comeau. David Desrosiers replaced Bouvier in Reset, but he too left the band six months later.

There is no such clear explanation on the name of the band. Although the band members have given different notions, like an inspiration from the name of the movie or that they wanted to avoid the jobs and band formation came as the simple plan. The two albums of the band have been sold over seven million copies in the whole wide world. They have a number of hits like I'd do anything, Addicted, Perfect, and Welcome to My Life, to their credit. They are loved by their fans for the vigor and vitality of their live shows.

Their new album SIMPLE PLAN, is not only an album, but an expression of the artistic sensibility of the band. The album portrays the forceful energy, the beautiful melodies in combination with the simple music of the guitars. The new album has 11 songs that are true representatives of the bands typical style. The band members say that they really needed to do something that would put them into a major challenge and let them be able to be much more daring and explains their existence as artists. They usually say that they really want to lighten the music history of the world with a new mark or their own genre of music.

They are definitely scared with their experimentation as they do not want to mess with something that had already done. It was easy for them to make another record like the second one and it would've been well-received by their fans as their trademark, but they have prepared the new album with a zeal to prove a very different track.
