Monty Python is an English comedy group which levitated to the media from The Monty Python's Flying Circus. This humorous television series brought the Pythons to the sight of comedy lovers. In 1974 the Pythons unleashed a film The Monty Python and the Holy Grail. It was a mockery of the legendary King Arthur, his knights and their quest to find the Holy Grail.

The original Broadway production received fourteen Tony Award nominations, more than any other show in the year 2004-2005. It managed to nab three of them including Best Direction and Best Performance by a Featured Actress.
