She marked her entry into the American music scene with the release of an album, "Robyn's Best". It only had material from her debut album, and was considered as its short version. A similar record was released in 2006, in Sweden, by the name "Det Basta Med Robyn" and included singles from her first three albums. 

Robyn released her fourth, self titled album in 2005. An international release, the album consolidated her a place as a talented musician all over the world. In 2009, the artist even bagged a Swedish Grammy Award for the "Best Live Act 2008". The same year, she released a first of a trilogy of albums to hit the music shelves that went by the name of "Body Talk Pt. 1". Her first work since her sophomore album, the albums single, Dancing on My Own especially gained a lot of popularity. Released a few weeks before the official release of the album, it won a nomination at the 53rd Grammy Award for the "Best Dance Recording". 

Not only this, the follow up album, "Body talk pt. 2" was released in September of the same year and hit the number one spot on the Swedish charts straight away. The album's catchy tunes and soulful rhythms appealed to a massive audience, not only in the United Kingdom, but all over the world. Finally, the third and final album of the trilogy, "Body Talk" hit the shelves in November with the lead single, Indestructible. The last single from this album, Call Your Girlfriend was released in May, 2011 in the United States, and became her number one song on the "Billboard's Hot Dance Club Play" chart.
