Kraftwerk Tickets

Known as one of the pioneers of the German electronic music, Kraftwerk the band is now hitting the road for an extensive 3D tour, in which they are going to feature music from eight of their albums. Kraftwerk was formed in the late 60s. Initially, the band started performing experimental music. Before turning into Kraftwerk, the band was known as "Organisation", a name under which they released one album by the name of "Tone Float". Afterwards the name of the band was changed and the lineup kept changing for almost half a decade in the 70s. The band released three initial albums as pop hooks and free form experimental rock, however later on their worked matured and sounded more refined.

In 1973, the band released "Rulf und Florian", which had a clear touch of classic sound, with heavy usage of drums and synthesizers. Although almost the entire album was instrumental, the use of vocoder appeared for the first time in their music as well. Later on, the robotic voice usage in their songs became more popular with the band. Their 1974's "Autobahn" however was clear evidence the band had moved far away from their earlier music. This was the outcome of the band's investment into new machinery like Minimog. The album was a commercial success within the United States and made it to Billboard 200 for the first time.

Kraftwerk were financially supported by Phonogram in mid 70s, which brought a revolutionary change in the band's live performances. Because of this, the band hit the road for a multi city tour in support of their breakthrough album. Aatobahn was soon followed" by "Radio-Activity". With this album, the band finally moved beyond their experimental music days, for this album had refined electronic music. By then, their live concerts had become a hit as well. Soon the band embarked on yet another tour in support of their latest commercially successful album.

Kraftwerk hired sound engineers and other staff during the making of the album "The Man-Machine" in the late 70s. The album hit the market in May and topped the charts once again. Two years later, in May once again, "Computer World" was released through EMI Records. With the new album in market, the band returned to the live scene after quite some time, with better technology to mesmerize their fans. The following years, several new albums by the band were released, and they hit the road for grand tours, that had by then gradually become an electro-music world sensation.

In 2010, the band compiled the eight of its albums, and released "The Catalogue" box on 16^th of November. The box included several bonus features for the fans as well. In November of 2013, it was announced that a brand new 3D concert venture is going to be started by the band in the coming year, which will take the tracks from The Catalogue box to the live concerts. Today, Kraftwerk's live performances have become a treat for the lovers of electronic music and 3D show entertainment. The fans are provided with the 3D glasses outside the venue, as the four members of the band stand glued to their instruments.
