They wrote the song score for the original Academy Award nominated movie as well. Chitty has its premier in West End in 2002. The musical reached Broadway in 2005 and also had the National UK Tour in the same year where it was screened in Sunderland Empire, Manchester, Birmingham, Liverpool, Bristol, Southampton and Edinburgh. The musical opened in Asia when in 2007, Singapore staged this adventurous musical extravaganza. Now with 2008 National US Tour, Chitty Chitty Bang Bang is creating a buzz everywhere.
