Beginning in 2010, between her off-nights from the musical Promises, Promises, Kristin Chenoweth went to Nashville to record tracks for her fourth solo album, which is a country pop endeavor. In September 2011, she released her album titled Some Lessons Learned. This album featured songs by other renowned artists such as Dolly Parton, Hillary Scott from Lady Antebellum, and Diane Warren among several others.
