Heart N Soul - A Pre Valentine's Day Concert brings along renowned artists such as Jagged Edge, K-Ci & JoJo and Silk. Jagged Edge is an American R&B band with elements of funk, pop, rhythm and blues, hip hop and soul. The members of the band include identical twin lead singers Brian and Brandon Casey along with Kyle Norman and Richard Wingo. The band won two Soul Train Awards for the category "Best R&B/Soul Album by a Band, Duo or Group" for the album 'J.E. Heartbreak' and "Best R&B/Soul Single by a Band, Duo or Group" for the song 'Let's Get Married'.

The American R&B duo K-Ci & JoJo is a group of two brothers Cedric and Joel. The duo won the American Music Award for the category 'Favorite R&B Band/Duo/Group' and the Blockbuster Award for the category 'Best Group - R&B'. The Silk group also focuses on the R&B music genre and was formed in 1989. Current members of the band include Gary Jenkins, Timothy Cameron, Gary Glenn, Jimmy Gates, Jr. and Johnathen Rasboro. All the artists would be adding more romance to the event with their own unique music style.

Def Comedy Jam comedian Speedy and Jamie Foxx would be hosting the event. Speedy is a brilliant artist and is known as one of the best comedians. His style of delivering has such finesse that the audience easily understands and engages with him. Speedy has refined his skills over the period of fifteen years by hosting concerts, performing in his own comedy rooms and doing audience warm ups.  Foxx is a multi-talented artist from being a stand-up comedian, a musician, a singer-songwriter, a talk radio host and an actor he has done it all. Among many awards, he was appreciated with Golden Globe Award for the category 'Best Actor in a musical or comedy'.

All the proceeds of the concert would be given to AER's Greater Educational Milestones Program (GEMS).  The firm supports qualified students from Compton, Watts, South Los Angeles and Inglewood.
