Liquid Stranger Delivers a Special Gift for Valentine's Day

Ever since Liquid Stranger dropped his album, 'Infinity LP' in 2019, fans have not stopped talking about him, wondering what is in store for them next. The question was answered on February 14, 2020 when the Sweden-born DJ and record producer delivered a perfect gift for Valentine's Day by dropping his latest extended play entitled, 'Ascension EP.' This effort was issued by his own imprint Wakaan and featured three collaborative tracks with his label mates, LUZCID, Hydraulix and LSDREAM.

This EP is something of a departure for Liquid Stranger from his signature sound and sees him experimenting with different elements. However, he has made sure that every song on the track-list is bass-heavy and perfect for the dance floors. He has uploaded, 'Ascension EP' on his Soundcloud channel in its entirety where it has been streamed thousands of times.

Launching A New Record Label

Liquid Stranger's love for down-tempo cannot be ignored. He recently launched a new record label, Sskwan especially for this genre in fall of 2019. Stranger made the announcement while performing live at the Wakaan Music Festival by stating, " I'm starting a new label and it's called Sskwan and it's gonna be for downtempo music. Wakaan is Native American for Grandmother Earth, for the female essence of god. As Sskwan is our heavenly father, that's the male essence of god."

Festival Appearances

In 2020, Liquid Stranger is all set to make appearances at different music festivals. He is scheduled to perform at the Global Dub Festival which will be held at the Red Rocks Amphitheatre in Morrison on May 16, 2020. Stranger will then be seen partying with fans at the Ever After Music Festival which would take place live in Kitchener, Ontario in June. A month later, he will play live at the Shambhala Music Festival which is scheduled to be held in Salmo, British Columbia.

Ascension Tour

Liquid Stranger has announced his latest outing called, 'Ascension Tour' in support of his latest release, 'Ascension EP.' He will kick off the U.S. leg of the trek by performing his first show at the Jannus Live in St. Petersburg on February 20, 2020. From there, this famed DJ will go on to perform in cities like Orlando, Birmingham, San Marcos, San Diego, Santa Ana and Las Vegas. He will be playing his last concert at the Skyway Theatre in Minneapolis on April 11, 2020. Liquid Stranger tickets are available for purchase. So, get them early and watch him in his element live.
