In This Moment is a heavy metal band from Los Angeles in California in the United States of America. In 2005, the band was created by the lead singer Maria Brink and the lead guitarist Chris Howorth. Brink and Howorth found a drummer named Jeff Fabb and eventually formed a band called Dying Star. The three artists in the band were not quite happy with their musical direction. This resulted in the band changing its name to In This Moment. It added two more members, Josh Newell the bassist and Blake Bunzel the guitarist. However, in the latter part of 2005, Josh Newell left the band and was substituted by Pascual Romero, who was then replaced by Jesse Landry. In 2009, Kyle Konkiel who came in the place of Jesse Landry left the band and Travis Johnson joined in 2010. 2011 saw Blake Bunzel and Jeff Fabb leaving the group and Randy Weitzel and Tom Hane coming in their place.
 
In This Moment released its debut album titled as Beautiful Tragedy in 2007. The debut album was met with critical acclaim and slathered a fan following for it. The same year, the band released second album called The Dream. This album debuted at the number 73^rd slot of the Billboard 200. In 2010, it successfully recorded and released a third album known as A Star-Crossed Wasteland.  This third album premiered at the number 40^th slot on the Billboard 200. The fourth album of is titled Blood.
 
In This Moment is well known for giving some of the most outstanding live onstage performances and shows. Then in November, In This Moment took part in the cruise called “Shiprocked” with Filter, Candlebox, Buckcherry, Hinder, Sevendust and many other musicians.
