Thomas and Friends Live! Tickets

Thomas and Friends is a very famous television series for children broadcasted and made in Britain and is shown on many channels of many countries. It was created by Britt Allcroft and was broadcasted for the first time in September of 1984 on ITV. It is written, produced and directed by Britt Allcroft and David Mitton and is based on the book, The Railway Series, written by W.V Awdry. The theme of the book as well as series is the life and adventures of a group of road vehicles. The writer got the idea of the book from the time he used to tell stories to his son. The composers of music in the series are Mike O'Donnell, Junior Campbell, Robert Hartshorne and Ed Welch. It has a total number of 322 episodes and is loved by kids all around the world. The show has a total of 13 series, each series with either four and a half minute or seven minute story and is told by a narrator. First, the series were animation but the great work of the director brought life to it by adding live people in the shows.

Thomas the Tank engine and his friends, James, Percy and Gordon are coming back with something more wonderful. The characters of the play are non-rail vehicles, people and animals, rolling stock like coaches and trucks, narrow gauge engines and railway engines and the series are made on the supposed island called Island of Sodor. Tickets are available for a lot of exciting events. Kids as well as their families love to watch the entertainment provided by Thomas and friends. In May 2009, Thomas and Friends will be performing on 29th, 30th and 31st at BJCC Arena, Birmingham, Alabama, on 7th May at US Cellular Coliseum, Bloomington, Illinois, at Show Me Center, Cape Girardeau, Missouri, at Ej Nutter Center, Dayton, Ohio, at Allen County Memorial coliseum, Fort Wayne, Indiana, at Sears Centre Arena, Hoffman Estates, Illinois, on 5th and 6th May at La Crosse Center, La Crosse, Wisconsin, at Pershing Center, Lincoln, Nebraska, at Target center, Minneapolis, Minnesota, at Benedum Center, Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, at Progress Energy Center Raleigh Memorial Auditorium, Raleigh, North Carolina, on 14th May at Roanoke civic Center, Roanoke, Virginia and at Hartman Arena, Wichita, Kansas.

Also the month of June is filled with exciting performances by Thomas and Friends in which they will be performing on 20th and 21st June at Nassau Coliseum, Uniondale, New York, on 6th and 7th June at Tulsa Convention Center, Tulsa, Oklahoma, on 17th and 18th June at Prudential Center, Newark, New Jersey, on 10th and 11th June at the Bank of Kentucky Center, Highland Heights, Kentucky, on 2nd and 3rd June at Nokia Live At Grand Prairie, Grand Prairie, Texas, on 13th and 14th June at Fox Theatre, Detroit, Michigan, at Time Warner Cable Arena, Charlotte, North Carolina and on 26th and 28th June at Fabulous Fox Theatre, Atlanta, Georgia.

The month of July is also filled with its own festivities with the performances of Thomas and Friends making it all the way more thrilling.
