From there the story takes twists and turns that have captive the hearts and minds of over a million fans in various countries.
 
The musical score of the wonderful play consists of fifteen melodious tracks done by the Only Sonora Internaciona Santanera. An album titled Gardenia Perfume hit the music stores in the year 2011. It had seventeen different songs sung by the singers of the Sonora Santanera. On top of that they also came out with a DVD which contained nine music videos. More than a whooping sixty performers play their part in making it the wonderful play. The stage is two-storied that also has LED screens installed on top of it. Perfume has won already won the ACPT award and has received a Lunas del Auditorio nomination.
