 The UCF Golden Knights are the many teams that make up the athletics program of the fabulous University of Central Florida, located in Orlando, Florida. Members of the Conference USA, they are also set to join the Big East Conference in mid 2013. This is a program that is a member of the NCAA Division I with its football team playing in the Football Bowl Subdivision. Its current athletics director is Todd Stansbury with sixteen varsity teams calling it home. Its football team practices and plays home games at the Bright House Networks Stadium. Similarly, the basketball teams play at the UCF Arena and the baseball teams at the Jay Bergman Field. The soccer teams play at the UCF Soccer and Track Stadium.

Their lacrosse team plays home games at the UCF Intramural Fields with other teams often congregating at The Venue at UCF. The UCF Golden Knights football team has won the Conference USA Championship several times, including in 2007 and 2010.
