University of South Carolina, often known as "SC", "Carolina" or "USC" is located in the city of Columbia in South Carolina, USA and consists of seven satellite campuses. South Carolina Fighting Gamecocks' other major achievements include the SEC Eastern Division Champions in football in 2010, as well as NCAA second place in women's track & field in 2005. The baseball team has also earned the NCAA second place for a total of 4 times. Men's soccer became NCAA runner-up in 1993 and men's basketball team also earned the NIT tournaments in 2005 and 2006.
