Game Day Approaching: Kings Clippers Tickets Released

Sacramento and Los Angeles basketball fans will come together this month to witness the Sacramento Kings vs. Los Angeles Clippers game. Both team's performance in the current season has been at par with each other, so expect a nail-biting encounter.

 
The Kings had a rocky start to the 2011-2012 season. Early in 2011, there were rumors about a possible relocation from Sacramento to Anaheim. This story was instigated by David Stern, and it was later revealed that even a new team name, the "Anaheim Royals" had been set up for them. Eventually, there was news that Ron Burkle was willing to pay for the team to remain in Sacramento. The fans too displayed immense support, urging for the team not to be moved. Other supporters of the cause included former players Bobby Jackson, Scott Pollard and Mitch Richmond. Thus, the team will remain at Sacramento for this season till further notice. The Clippers began the season by signing Caron Butler, a former forward player of the Mavericks to play for them. They also recruited the New York Knicks player Chauncey Billups to be the point guard. Other replacements consist of the trade off of Al-Farouq Aminu, Eric Gordon and Chris Kaman with Chris Paul of the New Orleans Hornets.
