The Phils play home games at the FirstEnergy Stadium and is owned by the Philadelphia Phillies. Dusty Wathan is the team's manager with Scott Hunsicker as the general manager. They are affiliated with major league baseball's Philadelphia Phillies who also own them and have the longest affiliation in minor league baseball.
