Since 1982 the Bats are a part of the International League's West Division. Since 2000 the Bats are affiliated with the major league baseball team, Cincinnati Reds. Louisville Bats play their home games at the Louisville Slugger Filed that is located on 401 East Main Street in Louisville. The stadium has a capacity to seat around 13000 attendees. Currently Louisville Bats is ranked fourth on the Forbes list of the most valuable teams in the minor league. Some Louisville players that went on to play in the Major League are Matt Morris, Austin Kearns, Jay Bruce, Adam Dunn, Vince Coleman and Andy Van Slyke. Louisville Bats won the American Association Championship three times in 1984, 1985 and 1995.
