Born in 1964, American actor, comedian and television personality, David Spade was interested in acting and comedy since he was a boy. He performed standup comedy at university's sketch comedy show Face Side Comedy Hour several times. As a talented teenager, he also appeared in local theatres, private shows and clubs to perform as a standup comedian and was appreciated everywhere. Encouraged by his friends, he decided to pursue a professional career in standup comedy. In 1990, he joined Saturday Night Live and from there rose to fame and recognition quickly. He also starred in CBS Comedy Rules of Engagement. Produced by Sony's Happy Madison, the show revolves around three men in different stages of their relationship with Spade as content bachelor and serial dater. Spade provided the voice of Spyro's companion Sparx in the sixth installment of platform game, series Spyro the Dragon.
