Bryan Callen was born in the Philippines in 1967. With his family he kept moving to India, Lebanon, Pakistan, and Greece. To complete his education, Callen went to the United States and studied at the American University in Washington D.C. There he earned a degree in History.

Bryan Callen has worked in many television projects such as Fraiser, Law & order: Special Victims Unit, Entourage, Oz, NYPD Blue, NewsRadio, Suddenly Susan, Rude Awakening, King of Queens, Less Than Perfect, Reba, Fat Actress, Las Vegas, 7^th Heaven, Stacked, CSI, How I Met Your Mother and Sex & the City. At the moment he is hosting a show called Bank of Hollywood on the E! Channel. On truTV, Callen also comes as a commentator on the show known as The Smoking Gun Presents: World's Dumbest. On the ABC Family channel, Callen plays the character of Ricky's dad who sexually abused him. The name of the show is The Secret Life of an American Teenager. Very frequently you can catch him making appearances on Chelsea Lately show. Moreover, he is also the spokesperson in the commercials for Gilette's Fusion Proglide.
