Brett Eldredge was born in Paris, Illinois in 1986. He was interested in doing music from a very early age and grew up listening to acclaimed artists like Frank Sinatra, Ronnie Dunn and Ray Charles. During his early teens Eldredge decided to pursue a career in country music. During this time he also received a guitar and amplifier from his parents as a gift. It was on this amplifier and the wireless microphone attached to it that became a cornerstone in the early years of his music training. By the time he was fifteen years old, Eldredge was already performing live shows at various local functions in the city. His passion for country music eventually led him to write his own songs. He soon moved to the hub of country music namely Nashville, Tennessee.

He got the honor of collaborating with legendary country music singer Bill Anderson. Eldredge wrote his debut single "Raymond" and the inspiration for this song came from her grandmother's struggle with the disease Alzheimer. "Raymond" received appreciation from fans as the song went on to land at #23 on US Country charts. Soon he managed to struck a record deal with music giant Atlantic Nashville Records.

 In August 2013 Brett Eldredge released his debut studio album that was titled Bring You Back. This album contained twelve tracks including "Bring You Back," "Beat of the Music," "Go On Without Me," "Waited Too Long," "Mean To Me, ""Bring You Back" and "Tell Me Where to Park." This album received generally positive reviews as Digital Journal and Got Country Online gave it full five stars. It managed to hit the US Top Country Albums chart at #2 and US Billboard at #11. One track from this album namely "Don't Ya" entered US Billboard Hot 100 at #30, US Country Airplay at #1 and US Hot Country Songs at #5. This was also the first single of Brett Eldredge that managed to enter the Canadian Hot 100 song chart at #51.

Brett Eldredge has collaborated with famous country music artist Gary Allen. Both Allen and Eldredge co-wrote the song "I Think I've Had Enough" for the eighth studio album of Allen titled Get Off on the Pain. Brett Eldredge performed live at the famous country music stage concert named Grand Ole Opry in 2010. This is a music concert that takes place every week and is also broadcasted on various radio channels. Grand Ole Opry has featured artists like Carrie Underwood, Blake Shelton, Josh Turner, Garth Brooks and Dolly Parton.
