Wong Tze Wah took higher education at University of Alberta where he completed his degree in philosophy. He started a career in entertainment on his return to Honk Kong in 1984, gaining major recognition for his comedy works since the early nineties. He has since been starring in various films, TV dramas, and has also gone on to recording his own albums. Wong Tze Wah has won several honors from TVB Anniversary Awards for his work on TV including the category of My Favorite Television Character for Wars of Genders; MY Favorite On-Screen Partner (Drama) and My Favorite Television Character for To Catch the Uncatchable; nomination for Best Actor among top twenty actors from Men Don't Cry as well as a nomination in the category of My Favorite male Character from among the top five actors. He was nominated for the latter two categories again for his work in You're Hired in 2009.
