Rosario moved to Miami when she was fifteen and shortly afterwards decided to accept Christianity. While performing in her youth group at the church, she went on to realize her vocal potential, eventually launching her music ministry. Between 1994 and 1998, she studied at Virginia's Liberty University, where she was given a scholarship for being involved in Light Ministries. While she was still part of the evangelical singing group, she got to travel to various countries including Philippines, India and England.

She gained a big opportunity when Integrity Music invited her to record with Ron Kenoly at Liberty University. She was then asked to become part of Women of Faith alongaside Benny Hinn's Evangelistic Crusades across Panama, Honduras, Chile, Argentina, Guatemala, El Salvador, Colombia,and Ecuador. Various other collaborative recordings include A Vivo Voz and Hazme un Instrumento from Bible Societies, alongside Ahora esl el Tiempo fro Cumina Missionary Ministries. In 2002, she was invited to perform The Lord's Prayer and National Anthem at the First Hispanic National Prayer Breakfast in Washington D.C., where President George Bush was the special speaker. Currently she regularly appears on Daystar and TBN on several programs all over the globe.  

Rosario has worked with some of the best known ministries including many Women of Faith, David Demola, Kenneth Ulmer, Lori Crouch, Matt Crouch, Jan and Paul Crouch, Rich Wilkerson, Perry Stone, Mark Chironna, Nikki Cruz, Paula White, John Hagee and Bunny Jinn. In 2004, she won a Premios Nuestra Musica Award in the category of Best Female Vocalist and also received a nomination from Premios La Conquista in the same category. Soon after, she was nominated for a Dove Award for her recording Eres Me Respirar from Word Music. She recorded one of her most recent live album Cuan Gran Amor in Miami in 2010 and the following year received a Latin Grammy-nomination for it in the category of Spanish Album of Year.
