The Tomorrow World Festival, the American edition of the famous European Tomorrowland Festival, was first launched in 2013 and is now set to take place once again. This electronic dance music festival will be held at Chattahoochee Hills in Georgia and will be headlined by some of the most talented EDM artists and acts in the world. The original festival, Tomorrowland, has been held in Boom, Belgium since 2005. This year, catch the likes of Steve Aoki, Tiesto, Avicii and Skrillex live in action with Tomorrow World Festival - Day tickets.
The Tomorrow World Festival's 2014 edition will be headlined by Avicii, Bassnectar, David Guetta, Dimitri Vegas, Like Mike, Diplo, Kaskade, Martin Garrix, Nicky Romero, Richie Hawtin, Skrillex, Steve Aoki, Tiesto and Zedd. It will also feature dozens of other up and coming electronic musicians, with everyone's favorite artist bound to make an appearance. The festival is organized by ID&T and its Belgian edition is one of the most famous music festivals in the world. The first Tomorrowland featured Armin van Buuren, David Guetta, Paul Oakenfold, and many other famous artists. It attracted more than eighty thousand people. Tomorrowland has also won three International Dance Music Awards for the Best Music Event category.
In 2013, the Tomorrow World Festival was held in the US, thirty miles southwest of Atlanta, Georgia at the Chattahoochee Hills. This venue was chosen due to its resemblance to the original Belgium venue. The first edition attracted more than one hundred and forty thousand people from all over the US. An economic boost to Georgia, it generated more than eighty five million dollars for the state, of which seventy million benefited Atlanta. This matched the revenue generated by the city's NCAA Final Four hosting. The 2013 festival played host to three hundred acts, including Armin van Buuren, Tiesto, Axwell and David Guetta.
This year, Tiesto will once again headline the festival. The Dutch DJ, electronic musician and producer has been active as a trance artist since 1987. Tiesto has placed number one on DJ Magazine's list of the Top 100 DJs poll three times consecutively. He has released numerous songs and albums over the course of his long career, many of which have gone on to top charts all over the world.
Tiesto played live at the opening ceremony of the Olympics in Athens, Greece, becoming the first DJ to perform at the world famous event. His albums have topped the Billboard Top Electronic Albums chart and he has received multiple Grammy Award nominations.
Swedish DJ and electronic musician Avicii will also be headlining the festival. The twenty four year old is also a record producer and has been active in the music industry since 2006. His music has been released by Island, Capitol, UMG and Ultra labels, amongst many others. He has received two Grammy Award nominations for his work.
David Guetta will also be headlining the Tomorrow World Festival. He has sold more than six million albums and fifteen million singles worldwide.
