Joshua Fest Day Tickets

Joshua Fest will return this year with yet another three days event. In their tenth year now, Joshua Fest is held every year on the Labor Day weekend and features a lineup of the finest artists of the music industry. The popular genres at the festival include electronic, indie, punk and rock, to name a few. Not only will you get a chance to listen to music all day, but will also get to hear the personal stories shared by the artists. Like every year, this year's fest will have a lineup of artists that will perform their greatest hits. Jars of Clay are one of the many bands that will entertain the fans at the festival. The genres that they perform in are Christian rock, pop rock, acoustic rock and R&B. Their recent release was Inland, which hit the shelves in 2013. In twenty years of career, Jars of Clay have received many awards, which include the Broadcast Music Incorporated Award. The band has won five of them and has also taken home the GMA Dove Award.

Next in line is Seventh Day Slumber, another Christian rock band that performs at the Joshua Fest every year. The genres that define the band are hard rock, Christian rock and alternative metal. They are recognized for the songs 'Oceans from the Rain' and 'Surrender.' Their 2007 release, Finally Awake was ranked at number one on the 'Top Christian & Gospel Albums' chart. Since  formation, they have embarked on several national tours, which include their performances at the ShoutFest, and their most recent Small Town America Tour.

Joining these two bands at the fest will be Thousand Foot Krutch.  The band combines several genres such as nu metal, rap metal and hard rock. Their recent project was the 2012 release, The End is Where We Begin. The album debuted at the fifth position on the iTunes chart in the US, while in Canada it was ranked at number one. The song from the album "War of Change," was also the theme song for the 2012 WWE. They also have many awards to their name, which include the 2004 Shai Award won by the band for their album Phenomenon. This was followed by their 2005 win of Gospel Music Association Canada Convent Award won for "Group of the Year."

The fans will also get to see a live performance by Emery. The genres that define the band are melodic hardcore, emo and hard rock, with the recent addition of metalcore. The band's latest release was their 2012 album, "Matt and Toby". Their much anticipated new album, "You Were Never Alone" will hit the shelves this year.

Apart from these bands, Family Force 5 will also grace the stage with their performance at the fest. The band is known for their diverse mix of genres, which range from rap metal to dance pop. They have embarked on national and international tours since their formation. In 2010, the band toured to Australia and New Zealand to perform at the Parachute Music Festival. This has been their most recent tour. Family Force 5 has also received nominations at the GMA Dove Awards in 2007 and 2010.

Joining all these eminent Christian bands will be The City Harmonic that is compared to the likes of Coldplay and The Fray. The band's genres range from indie rock, alternative rock to piano rock. The band's most recent release was Heart, which hit the shelves in 2013. All of the above mentioned bands, along with several others will entertain you at Joshua Fest this year.
