JoJo Siwa rose to fame as a reality TV star when she appeared on Lifetime’s Dance Moms and Abby’s Ultimate Dance Competition. She then made a name for herself as a social media celebrity with her YouTube channel called JoJo Siwa Vlogs. It boasts of more than 3.7 subscribers at the moment and the number is expected to rise with time. The channel allows her fans to follow her day to day life which includes everything from creating a slime factory at home to letting a two years old kid cut her hair. While talking about her vlogs, Siwa said “It’s like my version of going to the park.”

In the year 2017, JoJo signed a deal with Nickelodeon through which she began co-hosting Lip Sync Battle Shorties with Nick Cannon.

Besides, television, Siwa has worked in films as well. She made her debut in the Nickelodeon movie called Blurt. Her latest appearance was in the animation movie The Angry Birds Movie 2 in which she had a voice role.

Singles

One of the JoJo Siwa’s earliest hits was the single Boomerang which came out in 2016. In this number, she touches upon the sensitive subject of cyber-bullying and the courage to overcome the negativity. In an interview JoJo Siwa admitted to having an obsession with bows since the time she was in pre-school. As she grew older, she has worn different and bigger sizes of bows. She added that for her bows are a symbol of ‘power, confidence, believing-ness.’

Siwa has transformed her fascination for bows into a business and launched her own line. Her bows have become increasingly popular among young girls, giving competitors a tough time and compelling them to come up with similar and cheaper versions.

EPs

In November of 2018, JoJo Siwa dropped her debut EP titled D.R.E.A.M. The Music. It features four new songs including Everyday Popstars, My Story, Only Getting Better and the title track. The music video for the song D.R.E.A.M. was released on the artist’s YouTube channel. It became an instant hit and went on to receive more than 76 million views.

The young superstar’s latest EP Celebrate hit the stores in April 2019. The collection includes the previously released single Bop! along with three new songs – Worldwide Party, #1U and It’s Time to Celebrate. The EP has a high energy sound with songs that have super fun lyrics .

JoJo Siwa Tour

JoJo Siwa kicked off her D.R.E.A.M The Tour in May of 2019. The response to the outing has been tremendous so far. Owing to the huge demand, Siwa has decided to extend the trek into 2020. Produced by AEG Presents, the new run includes fifty dates across North America. The road trip starts off with a show in Colorado Springs on March 11 and will make several stops in famous cities before wrapping up in North Little Rock in June.
