At present the Hollywood Bowl Orchestra operates under the direction of one of the early conductors, John Mauceri. His performances got public in the nineties and during his 16-season tenure, the artist toured around the world conducting significant events in Japan, Rio de Janeiro and Brazil. At the time of retirement he was awarded with a permanent title of the Founding Director of the Hollywood Bowl Orchestra.
 
Hollywood Bowl Orchestra has successfully conducted more than 300 concerts on the well known Hollywood Bowl Stage. Its guest list is diverse and includes respected artists from different genres including Chris Botti, Brian Wilson, Alicia Keys and Pink Martini.
