Set to take place in November 2022. The Polar Express in Concert is a classic holiday concert that takes the audience on an adventurous journey, up and down the snowy mountains and ice fields. While a film is being played in the background, live orchestra matches the scenes and perform beautiful songs. With the music composed by Alan Silvestri, the performance is inspired by the 2004 animated movie “The Polar Express”. Experience the film with live orchestra and be transported to another world.

University of Michigan Health West Holiday Pops

A long-standing holiday tradition, Bob Bernhardt leads this performance at the Grand Rapids Symphony. Some of the most favorite holiday classics are performed by soloist Denzal Sinclaire, the Grand Rapids Symphony Chorus, and Embellish Handbell Ensemble.
