The vocalists performed music from the genres of pop, glam rock and disco and are considered to the pioneers when it comes to the commercialization of such music. They are considered to be one of the most popular pop ensembles in history, selling a massive amount of three hundred and seventy million records worldwide. This makes ABBA one of the highest selling artists of all time. ABBA is also accredited for being the very first non-English group to dominate the mainstream music industry all across Canada, US, New Zealand, Australia, South Africa and Philippines. This led to the creation of many tribute bands.

A movie of the same name was produced in 2008 that went onto become the highest grossing feature film of the year. This time ABBA’s music will be presented by one of the greatest tribute bands present i.e. Waterloo.
