Torche is an American music band that is currently on roads and coming to your city to give you a time to remember. Torche tickets are your way to attend the music concert by this amazing group. Smith describes the sound of the band as, "To me it's mostly a combination of everything we listen to collectively as a band." He further said that it was natural to mesh up different sounds as all the members have various musical backgrounds.
They many have diverse backgrounds but have one common interest that of producing good music, so it works for them. The group enjoys a huge fan base all across the world, who love their brand of music. Torche opened for Coheed and Cambria on one of their headlining tours alongside Circa Survive in 2010. Torche has also performed in festivals and it played in its earliest festivals at Incubate in 2006.
The group has come up with three studio albums, two split records, three singles and four EPs. The band released its debut self-titled album in 2005. Torche came up with Meanderthal in 2008. The album was critically acclaimed and managed to top the charts. It is a loud, hook-heavy and thick rock record and is one of the band's best releases. The band's latest release was in 2012, titled, Harmonicraft. This album received critical acclaim and Decibel Magazine ranked it at number one on their Top 40 Extreme Albums of 2008 list.
The group has embarked on a tour across the country attracting millions of fans. After the departure of one of the founding members of the group, Torche continued touring as a trio and gained more and more success with passing time. The group added Downhome Southernaires' Max Johnston as a temporary guitar player in 2010. Torche reinvented grunge or pop-metal for a doom-metal based generation. Some of the singles that the group produced include Healer, Charge Of The Brown Recluse, Letting Go, Rule The Beast, Tarpit Carnivore and Kicking among many others.
