The illustrious American football team; St. Louis Rams were founded in St. Louis, Missouri. The team is known for its extraordinarily brilliant players. At present the Rams are affiliated with National Football Conference's Western Division in NFL. They started playing their home games at this dynamic stadium. Shortly after that, before the 1995 season, the club moved east to St. Louis.

After playing against the Cleveland Browns, which were then members of the All-America Football Conference, the ST Louis Rams became one of the first NFL team based in the West Coast. Reeves also entered a contract with the city to lease the Los Angeles Memorial Coliseum, and from 1946-79, the team staged all its performances there. However, the under the deal with Anaheim, they were to be given the rights to build plots and lands close to the Stadium. When these plans did not materialize, the attendance of the Rams started falling. Soon after this, the owner of the team, Georgia Frontiere was granted the authorization to shift the team's location. In the late 90's, the Rams gained excessive recognition and significant appreciation for playing some of the most remarkable games against their rival teams. Their popularity reached its peak after winning several NFL matches.

The original team colors were black and red, the overall color of the jerseys was black uniforms red helmets and with red sleeves and shoulders. However, almost immediately after their initial seasons, ST. Louise Rams switched their uniform colors to yellow and blue, also they introduced yellow helmets, off-white pants, and deep blue uniforms. Throughout the late 50s, the Rams dressed in blue jerseys again. In 1963, these colors were altered to white and blue, moreover, the helmet designs and the fabric material of the jerseys was also replaced. These changes in uniforms received mixed reviews from the fan club of the team. The frequent changes attracted significant media hype and St. Louis Rams became one the most talked about teams in the world of football.
