The album featured the lead single titled Always, a duet with bluesman Taj Mahal titled T'aimer si mal, and an English-language song written by Bono (U2) titled I Am the Blues.
In 2008, he released his next album titled “Ça ne finira jamais”, which topped the French albums chart as well. The lead single from the album titled, Ça n'finira jamais also reached number one. The same year Johnny also had the opportunity to work with French musician Drexl Jonez. Together they released a series of acoustic songs.
