Jimmy Fallon is a multi-talented artist, who has got the wit of a comedian/impressionist, style of an actor, creativity of a musician, and the charm of a great talk show host. Jimmy came to notice with Saturday Night Live (SNL), where he did song parodies in Weekend Update. However, his hilarious, yet perfect impressions of Adam Sandler, Jerry Seinfeld and Keanu Reeves brought Jimmy to the lime light. Currently, the man hosts the late night talk show Late Night with Jimmy Fallon on NBC.

Born in Brooklyn, New York, on 19th of September, 1974, James Thomas "Jimmy" Fallon, Jr. is the son of a Vietnam veteran, called Gloria and James Thomas Fallon, Sr. He is of Irish descent. During his childhood, Jimmy used to re-enact Saturday Night Live skits with his sister, which his parents had recorded especially for him. He was enrolled in a Roman Catholic parochial school, known as St. Mary of the Snow and Saugerties High School. He graduated in the year 1992, switching his major from Computer Science to Communications in his senior year, from The College of Saint Rose, situated in Albany, New York. He will receive his degree in 2009's spring. It was rumored that Fallon had dated Winona Ryder in 2002. He married Nancy Juvonen in 2007, who is a producing partner of Drew Barrymore. Currently, he resides in New York.

Jimmy Fallon has been active since 1991, but he originally gathered audience attention in 1998 when he teamed up with the cast of Saturday Night Live. Fallon swiftly became an audience most wanted for his imitations of Jerry Seinfeld, John Travolta, and Adam Sandler, as well as exactly right musical impressions of Justin Timberlake, Jack White, and Enrique Iglesias. In addition, Fallon also produced many celebrated yet recurring characters on SNL, such as the cynical and sarcastic tech-support representative, known as Nick Burns; the boisterous Boston teen Sully; and the volatile Barry Gibb.

Jimmy Fallon published a book, which he co-wrote with his sister, entitled I Hate This Place: The Pessimist's Guide To Life, in 1999.Soon, in 2000, Fallon started hosting the SNL's popular segment, Weekly Update, becoming a co-anchor with Tina Fey. While having a successful six-year experience on SNL, Fallon also experimented with several TV characters, such as, his character of Second Lieutenant George Rice in Tom Hanks' and Steven Spielberg's 2001 Emmy Award-winning miniseries Band of Brothers. He has also hosted the MTV Movie Awards twice; first he co-anchored with Kirsten Dunst, and then as solo anchor in 2005. The MTV Video Music Awards had also been hosted by him in 2002. His career as a host continued, and other than this, Fallon also contributed in Trippin, which was Cameron Diaz's MTV eco-friendly travel show. He often sings real life radio songs in which he changes the words to fit different topics, like he does on SNL. Jimmy Fallon also released a single, titled Idiot Boyfriend, in 2002, and an album, entitled The Bathroom Wall.

In his feature film debut, Almost Famous, Fallon played the role of a band manager, known as Dennis Hope. He also appeared in Anything Else, by Woody Allen. Fallon has also starred with the comedy queen, Queen Latifah, in the hit action-comedy film, known as Taxi, and with Drew Barrymore in the Farrelly brothers' romantic comedy, Fever Pitch. His movie roles are many, however, more recently, Fallon starred in the comedy film, The Year of Getting to Know Us. Whereas, his television talk show appearances include Late Night with Conan O'Brien, Late Show with David Letterman, along with The Oprah Winfrey Show.

Today, Jimmy Fallen has rapidly established his name in the American comedy circuit and performs in various, yet the top-notch venues and comedy clubs, such as Lenovo. He has been nominated for the Teen Choice Award many times for his various roles in different films, including TV - Choice Personality for Saturday Night Live (1975) in 2001, and Choice Movie Actor: Comedy for: Fever Pitch in 2005, along many other nominations. The man, Jimmy Fallon can soon be seen in the film Whip It, in which he'll be opposite Drew Barrymore and Ellen Page.
