The Stone Pony is a very famous venue where rock and pop concerts are held. It is located in Asbury Park, New Jersey. The venue was a restaurant but it changed in to a concert venue after some time.

Stone Pony was founded in 1974. A large number of bands and solo singers performed at the Stone Pony and gathered a lot of fame and a huge circle of fans.

Many of the performers got the breakthrough chance from this venue and many started their career from this club. The venue is a very unique place, perfect for a rock or pop concert. People wanting a good night out come to the Stone Pony and go with happy memories.

A number of exciting concerts and performances are lines up this year at the Stone Pony. On Friday May 1st, 2009, Lynch will perform at the Stone Pony with Jim Loughlin form Moe with Newton Crosby, Jazz Pollution Devil"s Holiday and special Guest Mc Wired Chicken. Tickets will be available on the site.

On Saturday May 2nd, 2009, Status Green will perform at the Stone Pony with special guests Martian, the Energy before the After Party Stereo Uprising in 12 dollars if tickets are bought on the site and 10 dollars if the tickets are bought in advance.

On Sunday May 3rd, 2009, School of Rock Monmouth County will perform at the Stone Pony with Tor Miller and Sibling Rivalry. The show will start at 5 in the evening and tickets are also available. On Wednesday May 6th, 2009, The Vast will perform at the Wonder Bar also with a special guest Into the Presence.

Tickets can be bought in advance and as well on site. On Thursday May 7th, 2009, Barry and the Penetrators will perform at the site with Zyon. On Friday May 8th and Saturday May 9th, The Gaslight Anthem will perform at the Stone Pony. Tickets if bought in advance have a discount. You can also buy them at the site.

On Thursday May 14th, the Following will perform at the Stone Pony with Entelechy. Tickets can be bought in 8 dollars in advance and in 10 dollars if you buy at the site. On Friday May 15th, Electric Frankenstein will perform at the Stone Pony with some special guests.

On Saturday May 16th, Addicted to Chaos will give a CD releasing show at the club with special guests End of an Arena, Anon, Infix and Inception.

On Wednesday May 20th, outside the Box will perform at the club with some other performers as well. Tickets will be available at a good price. The shows are open for the age groups according to the show and ages 21 and up are allowed to drink at the bar.
