Additional construction projects came in 1965 and 1969, and by 1985 Razorback Stadium had expanded to accommodate 42,678 people. The chain of renovation and expansion was completed in 1994 with the addition of significant locker room space, new training, lights, and turf hybrid. The 1997 season marked the first regularly scheduled night games at Razorback Stadium.

The additions and renovations at Razorback Stadium brought Arkansas Razorback Football Team back to its natural grass. At the turn of the new century, the stadium was expanded to 72,000 seat capacity. In 2006, top bleachers were added while expanding the capacity to 76,000.
