The Swedish rock band that has been enchanting the audience with their music since 22 years is now going to rock the arena in your town. Consisting of members Ola Salo, Sylvester Schlegel, Martin Axen, Jepson, Lars Ljungberg and Jens Andersson, the band has treated their fans with some excellent rock tunes. Specializing in glam and pop rock, the song writer of the band, Ola Salo has made headlines many times because of his controversial lyrics. Singles like, "Father of a Son" centered on the rights of homosexuals released in 2002 and earned the group immense popularity. The Ark are known for performing at countless high-profile festivals across the world. By performing at the Hultsfred festival, the band attained the honor of being the only band to perform at this most significant summer festival of Northern Europe.  The Ark has released six albums in their career. These include, "We Are the Ark", "In Lust We Trust", "State of The Ark", "Prayer for the Weekend", "In Full Regalia" and "Arkeology: The Complete Singles Collection" released in 2000, 2002, 2004, 2007, 2010 and 2011 respectively. These albums have been able to produce some of the best rock numbers ever produced in Sweden.

"One of Us Is Gonna Die Young", a hit single by The Ark, was used in the snowboarding video of 2007, Picture This by the Dawg Productions. Not only this, their single "Let Your Body Decide" featured in Super, a 2010 released movie starring Ellen Page and Rainn Wilson. However, their all time hit single still remains, "It Takes a Fool to Remain Sane." The 6rack gained them immense popularity especially in Italy and Sweden. It became the landmark melody of this band. In 2010, The Ark released their greatest hit compilation by the name of "Arkeology." It is to promote this album that they embarked on several tours. Some new songs in the album are, "The Apocalypse Is Over" and "Breaking Up With God" both of which became instantly famous.  Other popular singles by the band include "Tell Me This Night Is Over", "Disease", "Echo Chamber", "Joy Surrender", "Calleth You, Cometh I", "Father of a Son" and "Deliver Us from Free Will."

The Ark has bagged many awards in the 22 years of their career.
