Hawaii Rainbow Warriors are going against Colorado Buffaloes at the latter's home ground, Folsom Field in Boulder Colorado. The Rainbow Warriors represent men's sports teams from the University of Hawaii and are members of the NCAA Division I. They participate in seven varsity sports, including basketball and baseball. The school's teams moved to the Big West Conference, in 2012, for most of their sports. Since the Big West offers no sponsors for football, the Rainbow Warriors chose to compete in Mountain West Conference.
In addition to these conferences, they are members of Mountain Pacific Sports Federation for volleyball, swimming and diving. Colorado Buffaloes represent sports teams from the University of Colorado Boulder and participate in seventeen varsity sports including soccer, basketball, and baseball. The Buffaloes belong to NCAA Division I and are also members of the Pacific Twelve Conference. Quite remarkably, they have won twenty-six national championships, nineteen of these in skiing alone. The upcoming game between the two teams is going to be a very exciting one, making Colorado Buffaloes vs Hawaii Warriors tickets a sought-after treat.
Hawaii Rainbow Warriors play their football home games at Aloha Stadium in Honolulu, Hawaii that has a seating capacity of fifty-thousand. They only recently joined the Mountain West Conference (2012), and are currently being coached by Norm Chow. They are third among non-BCS teams to participate in BCS bowl games. They played against Georgia in January 2008, in the Sugar Bowl and lost. The Rainbow Warriors were ranked the tenth best, while the UGA were ranked the fifth best in the nation. In their incredible 2007 season, the Warriors were the only team to not record a single defeat. Many of their players have been drafted by the NFL, including Greg Salas, Kealoha Pilares, Alex Green, Mat McBriar, Isaac Sopoaga, Samson Satele and Davone Bess
Colorado Buffaloes became members of the Pacific- 12 Conference in 2012, prior to which they were charter members of Big 12 Conference. They have been playing their home games at Folsom Field for more than nine decades, having begun in 1924. Their football program is the twenty-third on the all-time win list, while being thirtieth on all-time winning percentage.
In addition to this, the Buffaloes, alongside Cornell, are the only NCAA Division I teams to have completed a fifth down conversion. Quite a few Buffalo players have made it to the NFL, including Terrence Wheatley, Lawrence Vickers, Donald Strickland, Brad Jones and Mason Crosby. The competition is going to be tight; hence the Colorado Buffaloes vs Hawaii Warriors tickets are in high demand.
