In 1989 he also hosted another hit TV program, Americas Funniest Home Videos, which he continued to do till 1997, and also returned for a special 20th Anniversary Special in 2009. AFHV reached the Top 5 on the Nielsen’s rating during its first week and in 1990 it became number one, replacing 60 Minutes which did not hold this position for the first time in twelve years. Bob Saget has also hosted the NBC game show 1 vs. 100 and is the narrator of the sitcom How I Met Your Mother where he plays the future version of Ted Mosby. In 2009 he appeared in another sitcom, Surviving Suburbia along with Cynthia Stevenson.
 
 
 
Bob Saget starred in Half Baked, Strange Days, The Dating Game, Make me Laugh and a music video Rollin with Saget. His first appearance in a Broadway musical came with The Drowsy Chaperone where for a brief four month period he played the role of Man in Chair.
