The Long Beach Convention Center boasts a splendid Terrace theatre which has a capacity of 3,051. The lobby of the Terrace overlooks the Terrace Fountain through an attractive glass door. From the eastern end of the theatre, you can see the blue ocean and from the front, you can view the downtown.

Center Theater
The Center Theatre provides a unique architecture done in Maroon with wooden trim on borders. This theatre has a capacity of 825 seats, arranged in a half-round shape. This arrangement of seats provides clear visibility from any seat. The lobby provides a view of the Rainbow Lagoon and the grand Queen Mary Ship.

Beach Arena
The Arena is built to facilitate sports activities. This arena provides audience capacity of 11,200 for hockey and 13,609 for basketball. Concerts are also held in this arena providing seating capacity of 4,550, 9,200 and 13,500 spectators.The Long Beach Arena gained recognition for establishing itself as a home-playing field of Ice Dogs, a renowned name in professional ice hockey in the ECHL.

Various important events of entertainment and sports have taken place in this arena. In 1984, the Volleyball games were also held here. Many famous stars have held their concerts in this arena.

Most memorable performances have been given by entertainers such as Heavy Rock bands Kiss, Iron Maiden, Deep Purple, Judas Priest and Metallica.

The first National Hockey League game was also played in the Long Beach Arena. This game was played between the Philadelphia Flyers and Los Angeles Kings teams.
