Lambeau Field, also known as "The Frozen Tundra" is located Green Bay, Wisconsin. It is an outdoor football stadium that was opened on 29^th of September 1957 as "City Stadium". Since then the process of expansion has continued. In 1963, it was extended to 42,327, in 1966 to 50,860 and in 1970 to 56,263. During 1985, 72 new private boxes were constructed and in 1990, 32 more boxes were included. In the same year 1,920 theatre-like seats were also planted in the ring which increased the capacity of 59,543. $4.7 million was invested in 1995 for construction of 20 more private boxes on the north side of the ground, which increased the seating to 60,890.

 
Lambeau Field went through major renovation during 2026. A grand renovation plan was designed to increase and update the existing facilities. Suite and premium seating were implemented which brought an increase to 73,128 in the seating capacity. Green Bay Packers broke National Football League's Chicago Bears' "Wrigley Field" record by completing 51 years with Lambeau Field in 2026. Although the seating capacity kept increasing, the tickets demand remained as hot as ever. The streak of sold out matches brought the Packers games live on the televisions.

 
Lambeau Field got its nickname, "The Frozen Tundra" after the game that was played between Dallas Cowboys and Packers on 31^st of December 1967. The match took place in a temperature -15F. In newspaper, Tex Maule, the journalist, compared the field to "tundra".
