Emerald Queen Casino is a Native America casino located in Washington. This wonderful casino is owned, operated and managed by the famous Puyallup Tribe of Indians.

The Emerald Queen Casino is one of the very famous and prominent casinos of United States and is also from the perspective of area and facilities; it is the largest casino of Washington State.

The Indian Puyallup Tribe
The Puyallup is an Indian, Native American tribe belonging to the Washington State. In the year 1854, after signing the Treaty of Medicine Creek, they came to the reservation lands.

These reservation lands are nowadays called the Tacoma city or the Puyallup Indian Reservation. The Puyallup Indian Reservation is the most citified and the most civilized community throughout the US in which they have a number of schools, clubs, parks and other civilized systems.

The Puyallup Indian Reservation land extends to two countries of the Washington State, Pierce Country in the north and the King Country.

The Emerald Queen Casino was built in the year 1897 by the Native American Puyallup Tribe of Indians. The casino was opened on an authentic and firm paddlewheel craft.

The Paddlewheel craft was called "The Emerald Queen" which was berthed on the port of Tacoma city of Washington. As an agreement with the port of Tacoma city regarding its development, the paddlewheel craft and its property land were closed in the year 2004.

The paddlewheel craft The Emerald Queen still stands at the same site. However, the craft has been closed for the general public to an indefinite time. The Puyallup edition of the casino was opened in the year 201 and the tent structure addition was opened I the year 2004.

The Emerald Queen Casino is one of the very famous casinos of the Washington state which is also the most visited site by the tourists and the locals alike.

The Tacoma location is also known as the I-5 locations. This part of the casino features a casino, a restaurant, a magnificent buffet, a classic nightclub an entertainment venue.

The most interesting feature of the Emerald Queen Casino is that most of its par is located in a tent structure. The basic purpose of the tent structure was to provide a temporary residence to the casino.

However, due to the growing financial problems of the Puyallup Tribe, the tent structure prevails ever since. The casino has a permanent structure in the Puyallup Bingo Hall.
