Trans-Siberian Orchestra (TSO) is a progressive rock band hailing from New York City. Formed by a veteran hard rock producer Paul O'Neill, the group features a sixty piece orchestra with chorus during the recordings. Presently, the band comprises Jon Oliva, Al Pitrelli, Robert Kinkel in addition to Paul. Over the years, the band has presented their fans with five studio albums, six singles, one extended play and more.

Going through a five year hiatus, TSO returned to the music scene in 2009. As their comeback, they presented the music lovers with ?Night Castle.? This was a non-holiday related concept album on two discs. ?Dreams of Fireflies? (On a Christmas Night), five song extended play was released in 2012.
