Shinedown was created in 2001 and they released their debut album, titled “Leave a Whisper” two years later. The album sold over a million copies in the US and was a surprise hit, encouraging the group to release their second album, called “US and Them” in 2005. The album managed to sell over eight hundred thousand copies around the world and made it to number twenty three on the US music charts, announcing their arrival to the world.

The band released their latest album, called “A Threat to Survival” in 2015 and it became only their third record to make it into the top ten of the Billboard music charts, going all the way to number six.
