Their fifth album ‘The Resistance’ topped worldwide charts and was certified platinum in Canada, Ireland, Germany, Switzerland, Australia and UK. The group has bagged several major awards over the years including American Music Awards, MTV Europe Music Awards, Kerrang! Awards, Grammy Awards and Brit Awards.

The band is renowned for its extravagant live performances as well as its fusion of various genres such as electronica, classical music, heavy metal, alternative rock and space rock.
