Star Plaza Theatre is a well-established live music venue located in Merriville, Indiana that is famous for being an intimate theatre with a seating capacity of three thousand, four hundred. The theatre opened in December 1979 and was initially called the 'Holiday Star Theatre'. The venue is now owned by Whiteco Industries and is currently run under CEO and President Charlie Blum of International Entertainment Buyers Association.

The Star Plaza Theatre comprises of two seating levels arranged around the stage in a semicircle. It offers two thousand seats on the main floor level and the mezzanine level that hangs midway over the main level with fourteen hundred seats. The theatre has such a remarkable intimate atmosphere that even the furthest seat of the auditorium in only a hundred and twenty feet away from the stage.
