Peter White’s performances as an accompanist to the well-known Scottish musician Al Stewart brought him to the notice of music lovers around the world. Then he accompanied the Polish singer, Basia on several of her most famous works. He began working on his own albums from 1990 onwards. Since then, he has come to be known as the most versatile acoustic guitarist in contemporary jazz. His later albums which include Glow released in 2001, Confidential in 2004, Playin Favorites in 2006 and Good Day in 2009,all made it to the top five of US Jazz Albums Charts.  
 
 
A Peter White Christmas was released in 2007 by the AR Tizen Music Group recording label. It reached the twelfth position on the charts. A Peter White Christmas initially featured Mindi Abair along with Peter White. From 2005 onwards, the duo has toured the US every Christmas. They were joined by Rick Braun in 2006. The three of them went on a hiatus in 2009 but returned the next year. This year A Peter White Christmas Jacksonville FL show will bring a new package to entertain people. Abair and White will be accompanied by Kirk Whalum, a saxophonist who has earned eight Grammy nominations.
