From the creators of South Park comes the smash-hit musical, The Book of Mormon. The Book of Mormon features the story of the two Mormon missionaries from Salt Lake City sent to Uganda on an evangelizing mission. The naïve and optimistic missionaries try to share their religious book with the locals, only to discover that the natives are much more worried about poverty, famine, war and AIDS to pay any attention to religion. The musical playfully pokes fun at race, poverty, religion and sexuality, which sometimes verges on the irreverent but remains funny and sweet all the same. The two act show does contain explicit language so it's not recommended for children.

The Book of Mormon has garnered immense critical acclaim, snagging a number of awards and accolades in the process. In 2011, the musical won nine Tony Awards out of fourteen nominations including awards for "Best Musical", "Best Direction of a Musical" and "Best Book of a Musical". The show also won five Drama Desk Awards, four Outer Critics Circle Awards and a Grammy Award for "Best Musical Theater Album".
