Guns N’ Roses came up with their next album ‘GNR Lies’ in 1988. It was a collection of eight tracks with four new compositions while the rest four being taken from their 1986 EP called Live ?!@’. The most hit number from this record was ‘Patience’ which made it to number four on the US music countdowns.

Struggling with a few personal issues and minor changes in the band, Guns N’ Roses returned to the studios in 1991 with two back to back music albums titled, ‘Use Your Illusion I’ and ‘Use Your Illusion II’. Both were huge hits setting a new record of securing the top two (No 1, No 2) positions on the Billboard charts. Some of the most famous numbers of the albums include ‘November Rain’, ‘Estranged’ and ‘Don’t Cry’. The music videos of these are few of the most expensive ones made so far.

Released in 2008, ‘Chinese Democracy’ is the sixth studio record of Guns N’ Roses. It is the band’s first music composition since their fifth album ‘The Spaghetti Incident’, which was a cover collection of punk and glam numbers.

Since the inception of Guns N’ Roses, the world has seen many rock bands come and go without leaving much of an impression. However, the music of Guns N’ Roses remains timeless, one of the prime reasons being it’s raw and transparent lyrical expression and their thrilling and ferocious performances that have earned them the title of ‘The most Dangerous Band in the World’. In 2002, the rock band featured in the list of ’50 Bands to see Before You Die’ by Q Magazine. They were also ranked eleven on the ‘Top 50 Bands’ by VH1 television network.

Guns N' Roses to Join Smashing Pumpkins for Six 2020 Tour Dates

After a few days of announcing their 2020 North American tour, Guns N' Roses revealed that the iconic band of the '60s, The Smashing Pumpkins will be opening for the Rock and Roll Hall of Famers for six consecutive shows. They will perform the first show together at the Citizens Bank Park in Philadelphia on July 08, 2020. From there, the groups will go on to make their stops in Detroit, Toronto, Washington and East Rutherford. The Smashing Pumpkins will be performing the last show with the band at the Fenway Park in Boston on July 21, 2020.  Apart from touring, Guns N’ Roses guitarist Slash revealed that the group is working on new music. However, they have not shed more light on the subject yet.
