An American song writer and a noted singer, Eddie Vedder has touched the hearts of millions as he sprang up in the music market with the identity of a lead vocalist and the guitarist for the band Pearl Jam.He has gained fame for his exceptional vocal style and the public recognize him as the icon of the alternative rock. Being involved in a number of acts like sound tracking and contributing to the albums of various artists, Eddie eventually made a decision to move to Seattle, Washington in 1990 where he joined Pearl Jam. The band played a dominant role in raising him to the heights of fame and glory.

Eddie Vedder was the son of Karen Vedder and Edward Severson, who was a lounge musician. His parents got divorced when he was only one. Soon his mother married Mueller and Eddie believed Mueller to be his father all his life. As Eddie reached his teens, his mother and Mueller were divorced thus leaving Eddie at Mueller so that he could focus well on his studies. At the age of twelve years, Eddie took interest in playing a guitar which his mother gave him as a gift. Eddie recalls himself to be all alone as he had nothing left but music which gave him comfort in the time of solace. During this time when his mother divorced from Mueller that Eddie came to know of his parentage. This disturbed him a lot and so he decided to live alone and support himself by doing a job. It became very hard for him to balance his job and studies. Eventually he decided to join his family in Chicago. During this time Eddie changed his name to his mother's maiden name Eddie Vedder. In 1980's, Eddie worked at various places from gas station t hotels and them thought of joining a band Bad Radio in 1988 but soon left it as he was inspired by the alternative rock music.

At this time Eddie was without a band and he was working on his own when he met Jack Irons, a former Red Hot Chilli Peppers drummer. Irons gave him a chance to prove his potential to a band based in Seattle who were searching for a singer. Eddie recorded three songs and sent them a demo tape which clicked them instantly. Eventually after the auditions, Eddie became the part of the band Pearl Jam which started recording their first album Ten. Although a lot many changes occurred during the time of the recording but finally the band successfully released the album Ten. This not only brought the band into the mainstream but it took them to heights of fame. The album became 1990's best selling alternative album and the band received four MTV Video Music Awards in 1993 for producing the best video of the single Jeremy. Jeremy was also rated as the Best Group Video and Video of the Year.

After the marvelous hit of Ten, the band made a resolution to work on their second album Vs. The album hit the market in 1993 and set the records of the highest sales achieved by any album in a week. Staying at number one on the Billboard 200, Vs was nominated for the Grammy Award too in 1995. Vitalogy, the third studio album hit the market reaching the multi-platinum status too. The album gained immense public appeal and Eddie was featured on the guitar by this time. The album gained Grammy nominations for Best Rock Album and Album of the Year in 1996. Later No Code and Yield were released in 1996 and 1998 respectively with the focus on making music alone along with a few changes in the band members too. In 2000, the sixth album Binaural was released which gained the Grammy nominations for Best Hard Rock Performance. Eddie was the prime focus and the motivating force of the band thus instilling the passion to move forward. Pearl Jam soon released nine albums by 2009 thus making a stable standing in the music market.

American singer, musician and songwriter Eddie Vedder was born with the real name of Edward Louis Severson III on December 23, 1964 at Evanston, Illinois. He is most renowned as a guitarist and the lead vocalist for Pearl Jam, an Alternative Rock band from the United States. He is also known with many other names, including Ed Vedder, Jerome Turner, Edward Mueller, Jerome 230 and Wes. C. Addle. Music was in his blood, as his father was a lounge musician, but he could not know about this fact until he reached his youth. It was because of the fact that his parents divorced when he was small, and his mother remarried an attorney, not telling Eddie about his real father until he had grown up. Eddie started taking interest in music when he was in his teens. His mother gifted him a guitar that he often played it when he found himself stressed out, and playing guitar became one of the two favorite pass times he had, the other being basketball.

Eddie's mother divorced again when he was in high school, and it was only then that he came to now that the attorney named Peter Mueller was not his real father. He moved to an apartment for an independent life, studying at San Dieguito High School as well as working at a drug store at night. Soon he had to say goodbye to his education owing to the fact that he was unable to maintain a balance between earning a living and getting education. He then moved to the rest of his family in Chicago where he completed his high school GED while working as a waiter.

Later on, Eddie decided to pursue a professional career in music, owing to the great passion he had for this form of art, as well as his awareness of the potential he had. He moved to San Diego, California with his girlfriend, where they both worked to earn a living as well as recorded their tapes. He also worked with many small bands there, including The Butts, Surf and Destroy and the Indian Style, where he had a chance to meet Brad Wilk, the drummer who later gained fame with the bands like Audioslave and Rage Against the Machine. A progressive funk rock band named Band Radio was the first band that Eddie joined as a vocalist.

Eddie Vedder left Bad Radio in late 1980s, and worked at a local gas station for a long time, looking for an opportunity for his musical career. Eventually he met Jack Irons, a drummer from Red Hot Chili Peppers who told him about a band in Seattle that was looking for a singer. Eddie wrote down some lyrics and recorded the vocals and mailed the tape to that band in Seattle. The band was impressed by his voice, and called him for an audition. Eddie joined them for their new album Temple of the Dog that was released in 1991.

Eddie joined the band Pearl Jam in 1991, which was formed by Gossard, Ament and McCready, while Dave Krusen, who was also working there as a drummer, was replaced by Matt Chamberlain. The band produced some great hits, and Eddie had a great share in them. It was Pearl Jam that won Eddie Vedder the enormous amount of popularity and recognition that he enjoys today.

According to critics who have studied and analyzed Eddie Vedder's singing style, his vocals resemble that of Jim Morrison. He is also known to be influenced by singers like Bruce Springsteen, The Beatles, Tom Petty, Frank Zappa, The Heartbreakers, Elvis Costello and Bob Dylan. He has also been awarded with many awards and titles, including the Golden Globe Award for Best Original Song for Guranteed. With a musical style so impressive and so different, Eddie Vedder Tickets TLE offers the music lovers an experience that is surely going to be out of this world!
