He has also played renowned roles in The Mystery of Edwin Drood, for which he has received a Tony Award nomination. He has also played roles in Anything Goes, Kiss of the Spider Woman, Bounce, Encores!, the Ziegfeld Follies of 1936, Follies, South Park and The Swan Princess. As the Phantom, he has appeared in more than two thousand five hundred performances.
